However, I believe all the hemorrhoid creams on the market come with an plastic applicator that you insert into your rectum for internal hemorrhoids. As I said, the cream my hubby uses gives instant relief, so you might give it a try. I got the impression that the important thing is to clean after a BM -- which is easy for me to do with my wipes. I'm not quite sure how you would do that if you have internal hemorrhoids, but you might ask your doc when you see him next.
