Salad Dressings       02/10/04 07:29 AM Edit Reply Quote Kree Reged: 10/08/03 Posts: 3748 Loc: Northern NY I'm not sure about ketchup or mustard, but I know with salad dressings you just need to make sure they don't contain any dairy (Ranch does!) and watch the fat level. Fat-free dairy-free dressings such as FF Italian are fine. You can also make delicious homemade dressings...
