Great advice. As soon as I get enough money, I'm going to buy heather's book for sure. I kind of already have a big purse, according to my friends, they all tease me about it. :P Until I get the money to buy more stuff I need, all I can do is read everything available on here. Tons and tons of info... You know, my hubby gained some weight recently and i told him how eating more water-soluable fiber would benefit him too with soem weight loss. He's actually okay with changing his diet with mine. He's lucky, he only suffers from teh occasional indigestion. WE have a little bit of money we can spend on a fiber supplement and some safe foods. I'm excited and can't wait until I can try the recipes. Hubby bought five quick pick lotto tickets. Cross fingers, maybe we'll win enough to really stock up and have a great IBS-safe kitchn.  Yep, I'll do what i can do with the money we have now and when we have more money, i'll get more stuff. That's where most of the problem lies at them moment. Money...
