Are these foods safe to eat?

Hi, again. I was wondering if the following foods are safe to eat and how to eat them. Peanut butter, canned spaghetti sauce, salted and roasted sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted soy nuts, chicken soup (my friend made me soem chicken soup with no salt added and a minimal amount of chopped celery, carrot, onion, and chicken breast). Or what about restaurant chocolate cake? I was thrilled to see angel food cake on the list of foods to eat when you can't eat anything, but is the pre-made store-bought packaged angel food cake safe to eat? Thanks for your help!
