Hydrolyzed guar gum       02/09/04 05:21 AM Edit Reply Quote LauraS Reged: 01/26/04 Posts: 75 Hi everyone, Just saw my naturopath again to try to get things sorted out. She suggested psyllium or hydrolized guar gum- anyone heard of it? I've been taking psyllium and ground flax seed for about a month and have gassy bouts where I didn't before (my poor husband!).
