Thanks - did it! That is very good to know for future reference!

In answer to your question above, I am still going to that group - I went yesterday morning (it's every Thursday) and the teacher of our particular class pulled me aside, apologized for me being made to feel uncomfortable about last week, and asked if I minded sharing what the tests turned up. So that was sweet - I know no one meant badly, the most embarrassing part for me last week was the lady asking about the weight loss and me not eating, like I'm anorexic or something crazy like that.

The Pepcid complete is helping me feel better a lot of the time, and allows me to eat a little better, but right now I feel like I'm stuck in a pendulum swing - what feels good to the tummy is bad for the IBS/colon, and vice versa, it seems. I have no idea what to do any more so I'm just eating what seems right and taking what comes, until I see the Dr again and get some firmer answers. That appt is April 7.
