Paula, you didn't mention whether or not you had actually been diagnosed with IBS. Did you have a colonoscopy? You're not self-diagnosing, are you? Have you seen a GI?
This program is a very low fat eating regime; each meal has to be under 25% fat. Peanut butter is very high in fat, and it would be my guess that's what triggered your attack. You did the right thing with the tummy tea and Equalactin (it's good stuff, ain't it?!).
If you haven't gotten Heather's book "The First Year," you need to get it. But first and foremost, you need a proper confirmed diagnosis from a GI.
