Yep, I got nauseous - both times. The second time was easier - I realized as long as I didn't let my stomach get too empty, I was better. It was a vicious cycle - hungry then nauseous then didn't want to eat so hungry then nauseous .... etc. As long as I nibbled and had several little meals throughout the day, I was better. There's a great drug called Diclectin (an antihistamine and Vitamin B6) that is used for nausea in pregnancy. I found it helpful. Fortunately, all of Heather's strategies are great for nauseous pregnant women - ie. the tea, lots of white bread, rice, etc. Take care and take your vitamins. Summer is coming faster than you realize. Can't be on folic acid too early.
