But if I miss one or I'm late taking a dose it doesn't really affect me too much. Your dose is so low right now maybe you want to try to add another tsp throughout the day. But if you stick to the same dose I think it will work best if they are spread out in the day so you get the fiber in your belly at different times. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
