Hi,

maybe only interesting for the experts: apparently the Psyllium seeds available here in Europe come from France and are different from the varieties used for the US brand (I've got capsules here from Solgar) which seem to come from India. Maybe that explains that when I take the US capsules I get some bloating while the German psyllium seeds have absolutely no such effect on me. But perhaps it's also the fact that for the capsules they use 'psyllium husks' while the 'flea seeds' I buy here are the entire seeds.

Sorry, didn't want to bore you with these details...
