I used that when I first started the diet and didn't realize the importance of watching my fat intake, but I've pretty much stopped using it. In my mind you have to treat it like oil or anything else that's almost pure fat. If there's a small amount of it in a recipe it's probably fine, and it's okay to use a tiny bit on a bagel or baked potato. But if there's a ton of it in a recipe, I forego the recipe and look for something lower cal.
