Oh Laura, we've all had those days, really. I get down sometimes when I know I can't deviate from this blasted diet, one bit. I do, with something simple, like more than one unsoluble fiber food at a meal, and I pay....bummer. Then things like going to the movies, and NO popcorn or coke? Another bummer...........And like you, sometimes I just don't ever want to eat, (but that's seldom, unfortunately)...........So, now that you've listened to my beef........here is something for you to try.
