Unfortunately, I believe that comes under the heading of NO. See pg. 26 of "The First Year" in which Heather states, under "Red Meat": "....ANYTHING ELSE that comes from cows, pigs, sheep, goats, deer, etc." (Emphasis added.)
To all those out there who are veal fans, I'm sorry. Don't shoot me; I'm just the messenger. (Val, you don't eat veal, do you?  )
