Catnip question??       01/28/04 01:36 PM Edit Reply Quote Kandee Reged: 05/22/03 Posts: 3206 Loc: USA, Southern California If Catnip is mint, does that mean that a person with GERD shouldn't use it? Or, could they use it successfully in capsule form? In Heather's First Year book, page 170, she states it relieves gas, heartburn and colic. This makes me wonder if it isn't a different more tolerable form of mint for the GERD folks. Besides relieving upset stomachs it is a good sleep aid.
