Yep, that happened to me last night for the first time in a while and I'm still feeling the effects. Sigh. I think sometimes our bodies just have other things going on, like hormones, so that no matter what we eat it will bother us. However, I agree that most of the time there is some cause, and keeping a food diary is a great way of figuring it out. I did that for quite a while and it was very enlightening! Different things bother everyone, so it really helps to monitor. As for me, I had mushrooms (pureed in a soup!) for the first time in a looong time last night, so it's going to be a while before I try eating them again.
