pancake mix       01/26/04 09:38 AM Edit Reply Quote AllieGator Reged: 01/24/04 Posts: 108 Loc: Rockland County, NY i was just wondering if anyone has heard of dr. oetker's organic pancake mixes?? they make original, apple cinnomon i think chocolate chip. anyway i got the original and they are AMAZING. you just add soy milk, egg whites, and 2 tbs oil( i just use applesauce and add a little vanilla) and cook! sometimes i add carob powder or cinnomon to the batter to make them even better, you can add practically anything. i havnt had much luck finding them in stores but did buy them on shopnatural.com. they are definately worth finding and sooo easy to make. -------------------- If you can do nothing else...smile Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
