Eating for IBS + Lactose Intollerance?       01/25/04 02:42 PM Edit Reply Quote LittleSteps Reged: 01/25/04 Posts: 2 I just found this site and forum today. I almost cried after reading post after post of people that sounded just like me! After suffering for 2 years with an 'unknown illness', I know I have IBS! I just thought it was lactose Intollerance, yet after staying away from all milk ingrediants imaginable, it wasn't getting any better. I saw recipes that are IBS Friendly... just wondering if anyone on the forum suffers from L.I. also? And can you still eat a healthy variety without dairy? Any recipes you can reccomend?(I also have my gallbladder removed in an attempt to end my illness and soy is difficult for me to digest) Sometimes I think I just can't win.
