I've used kamut and spelt flour for many years now. Both are old world varieties of wheat and are often tolerated by people who have an allergy to wheat. If you do not have an allergy to wheat you'll have no problem with plain white wheat flour. Take the tips from the other posts on what types of breads to eat. Where the problem lies is in what other ingredients are in with the flour…fats, dairy, etc. …...that's why reading labels is so important!
