Hi!
Does any of you know about Kamut Flour? It was recommended to me last summer and I've been eating it since then without any problem... It is supposed to be one of the easiest flour to digest. In Québec, we find Kamut bagels, croissants, pizza crusts, bread, wraps, etc. Is this flour available in the U.S.?
Since I have only eaten this type of flour since I have the syndrome, I was wondering how to choose other types of breads. I was told that plain bagels and baguettes are safe but what else would be safe?
