Popcorn chicken and chicken nuggets are full of fat - the worst IBS trigger.
Here's a quick and easy way to make your own: (also less expensive in the long run)
Buy boneless or bone in chicken breasts.
Buy bread crumbs from the deli (really cheap)
Dip the chicken pieces in low or non fat mayo and then dip in bread crumbs. Bake on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray at 425 until done. (the smaller the pieces the less time it takes).
They are yummy, tender, easy and cheaper than fast food! Make up a batch on Sunday and have a few pieces every day - it keeps great in the fridge for several days.
