I had a full work up 5 years ago when I got the diagnosis. Another GI Dr covered all the bases from colonoscopy, to endoscopy, the Barium swallow and enema, gallbladder work up, etc. This GI Dr believes symptoms are caused by food allergies, but doesn't see my symptoms fitting into either category. I'm an enigma once again. He also doesn't think I have canker sores in my mouth. He said something about a yeast infection before he went sneezing and coughing out of the room. I'm so glad he shook my hand. Now I sit with my son who is covered in peanut butter and wiping his face on my clothes while he sticks his hand down my shirt. What more could I ask for?
