Yep, that's what I was thinking too. Muscles controlling such and both. I like the idea of doing after the BM.That makes a lot of sense.Even though I usually do that in the am.By evening I think my body is in the mode to get ready for the morning.I'll have to see if this idea works.It sure beats where I am,ready to give it up.I about decided that I just didn't need it,that it wasn''t worht the pain and problems.Thanks
