Hi Barb,
Glad you found the XO factor of interest. It may be controversial to some, I don't know, but it sure makes sense to me. All the many nutrition college classes I had, a million years ago, concentrated only on nutrition basics and such things as special needs diets. A lot, a WHOLE lot has changed since then.
Thanks for posting the question I had about whey (and casein). I'm not lactose intolerant either, but have given up all forms of it except for whey. I have NO problem with whey, and I'm a C. It doesn't make my "C" worse or better. I've tested it. There is one whey protein powder mix on the market I drink that just makes me feel good-good-good and does anything but throw me into an attack, in fact, quite the reverse. But here again, we're ALL different as to what is a trigger and what isn't.
Whew, you right you won't have much time for the boards once you start your new job!!!! That and school and a family???? I don't know how you do it, but we here are all proud of you for it.
