IBS ATTACK IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS       01/14/04 06:54 AM Edit Reply Quote Dolphin Reged: 01/14/04 Posts: 94 Loc: NY, USA Hi, this is my first post...so here it goes: Does anyone feel an IBS attack just by hoping you won't get one in certain social situations? I feel gas coming on always when I'm sitting in a doctor's office, even if the visit isn't for me. It can be any situation where a room is small or quiet. And lately I've been having to run to the bathroom while I'm at work (work part time in a gym babysitting). A lot of it could be from my diet...I'm just learning what works and what doesn't work for me. Whether, I have the runs or just gas, it always happens in these social situations.
