I am going on a cruise the last week of January, I know there is food available 24/7 this is my first time, any pointers, I have decided I'm going to pack some graham crackers, pretzels and instant oatmeal, take some decaf tea and my altoids along with my fiber and prescription meds, what if there is absolutely something sweet I just can't resist? I liked Kandee's answer to the Krispy Kreme donut, also a vice of mine, eating a small portion, but NO ONE except you guys understand what we go through, just like our dinner seating, someone booked us for the late one, I can't eat late...... Any good suggestions, besides what I'm planning. Besides decaf tea and water, what else can I drink?
