I am sorry you got so sick.I am glad you shared about your choice to eat what makes you sick.I have felt this way many times but haven't had the courage to say I did it.It always feels like I am so stupid,yet I know that the degree of my limitations is just going to cause me to fall off the IBS track from time to time(I also have celiac disease and can have no wheat products, which seem to be in everything). I do think that getting so sick is beginning to help me go a longer time w/out making a bad choice.Now that I know the causes,I am better able to hunt for a second best,like something else I like but it won't make me sick. Anyway,thanks for sharing.I really benefited from reading all the responses too.
