I regularly brew my own from ground fennel seeds. I can't seem to find any capsules that contain fennel oil. Does anyone know of any? I know that Heather's peppermint capsules contain a small amount. I also know that fennel oil can be purchased for aromatherapy/massage. Does anyone know if using fennel oil to massage the abdomen is likely to help with IBS bloating? -------------------- IBS A.
