I'm not going to claim I know what I have. I have talked to my doctor about it and considering the fact that I'm really poor my doctor has said it sounds like IBS and it may be best to treat it that way till I can get diagnosed. That was a decade ago and I'm still to poor I think to really get into a diagnosis but I do know that when I was eating an IBS friendly diet it really helped, I am looking to get back into it since my job situation is nill and I'm getting stressed.

I also get silent reflux and eating for ibs helps with that too I just need to also cut out citric acid and garlic. Plus I need to watch out for hypo and hyperglycemia since I get that real easily too. I would say food hates me and in some ways it does but I have not been eating all that healthy lately.

Any way I look forward to sharing information and recipes with all of you. I'm still too poor I think to get diagnosed but that doesn't mean I can't eat for ibs and that I can't help even if I don't have it. I'm just interested in eating the food that likes me and the IBS diet is a good foundation for me.
