Hi Syl, I appreciate you taking time to help me! I've been trying EFI diet for a few weeks. I was eating white rice with lean chicken/fish and cooked carrot, cooked zucchini w/out skin, cooked red bell with out skin, plus almond milk, and one fish oil per day. I was still having lots of abdominal symptoms however I was no longer constipated. So I thought may be I should take a step back and eat rice with protein only then slowly add one food at a time. I'm now on day 4 with rice & protein. I'm still having abdominal pain/distention. So I don't know if I should start adding vegetables back to my diet. The only supplement I am still taking is 3mg Melatonin at bedtime with these ingredients: Potato starch, cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides.
