Yes - raspberries is one of the fruits I recall she was too cautious about. I too cannot eat whole fresh raspberries because of the fiber. However, I juice mixed berries which includes raspberries and I use 3 tablespoons on my oatmeal
Harvard University dietary services has a useful document that gives Fiber Content of Foods in Common Portions that you may find useful. I believe it is reasonably accurate. As for fructans in food Gibson, Shepherd and some of their colleagues published two papers which give fructan and fructose content of various Australian foods. I use them from time to time as guidelines. The references are below. The second link is to the full pdf paper. Unfortunately the first one just has a link to the abstract.
