Yes, thanks I was aware of the advice on fructose in that paper. I think raspberrys would (just) fall into the 'too cautious' category as they have 0.49 grams excess. How do you do with raspberrys from a fructose perspective? I have trouble with the IF in them.

I had also noted, in an earlier paper by Gibson et al, the suggestion of dextrose tablets as a way to combat excess fructose-thanks for the reminder.

The USDA provides some useful data on fibre (although not SF:IF ratio) and fructose, is there a similar resource for the fructans in foods?
