Generally speaking, if you don't have GERD most pure tomato products are considered ok.

I have been using tomato paste made from Italy Roma tomatoes daily for a few years. It contains equal amounts of glucose and fructose. If you are not bothered by the seeds and skins then other forms of pure tomato should be okay depending on the tomato. Some varieties of eating tomato are sweeter and they can have a bit more fructose than glucose.
