The USDA Food database which has more accurate information for the US pineapple says raw pineapple contains 1.7 gram glucose and 2.1 grams fructose per 100 grams while the juice contains 4.5 grams glucose and 3.8 grams fructose per 100 grams.

The process of extracting the pulp increases the concentration of glucose compared to fructose hence the juice is FODMAP safe while the whole fruit can be a problem. Some of the fructose remains bound up in the pulp.

Whole pineapple contains a much more insoluble fiber than soluble fiber.
