I'd been taking fish oil in those dosages for years without problem but now that I have super soft stools/diarrhea all the time even with a strict IBS diet, I'm re-thinking that. Right now I'm doing an "experiment" by eliminating it for a week and see if there's a difference. If there is a difference, I thought to see if it's just the Fish Oil that is the problem, maybe something like krill oil or a vegetarian Omega 3 would be better.
