Anyone familiar with all the candida diets out there?
Lots of them exist with many similarities.
I have yeast overgrowth in my intestines. Homeopathic
doctor recommends reading The Fungus Link book (Kauffman)and starting the diet. I'm fine with trying the diet, but I don't know how to get soluble fiber in before each insoluble food. Candida diets typically prohibit the use of grains for some time in the beginning, so rice and potatoes are out. I have severe IBS-D and Crohn's and am desperate for relief. I appreciate any information you might share.
Thanks!
