There are many unreliable FODMAP sources on the web stick with the first link in my signature or check Kate Scarlata's web site directly. She is a registered dietitian who has been to Australia to be trained by the developers of the FODMAP diet. The University of Michigan has a nice low FODMAP diet sheet that is quite good too.

Artichokes are on the avoid list. Up to a 1/4 of an avocado is ok and 1/2 cup butternut squash. More than that can be problematic as they contain polyols.

You will have to spend some time reading the information closely.

If a food is not on the high FODMAP list then it is likely okay.

There IS NOT a definitive list of OK food. There is a only list of NOT OK foods and a list of a few OK foods.
