It is the bacteria in the large intestine that produce gases some that contain sulfur which produces an unpleasant odor. Did you know that vitamin K is also made by the bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract besides getting it from foods? It would be helpful if you could list the meals and snacks you have eaten in the past 2-3 days. It may give us some clues to help you reduce the amount and kind of gas you are producing Did your doctor tell you to eat food high in vitamin K? If you are on a blood thinner aren't you suppose to limit the amount of vitamin K you consume?
