Canned tuna in water is actually quite low in fat. For example Ocean's canned tuna in water has less than 2% fat. You actually need to get about 20-25% of your calories from fats/oils. It is a very important nutrient for good health.

Shrimp can be steamed or boiled and then added to rice with some well cooked veggies. You can make an omelet from egg whites and they can be scrambled too
