I posted a couple days ago about my horrible pseudo d experience, I am now back gassy, uncomfortable, but infinitely more tolerable c, my diet has been extremely limited now for over a year I want to take folks suggestions and get back to a more efi diet ( I currently live on white carbs, no fruit no fat no veg no protein I'm therapy for eating disorder recovery, so I am working with a doc and therapist)
My current goal is to try to get protein back in my life my nutritionist feels that the protein will help with energy and stimulate appetite, I have several protein sources here at my house that I can try and incorporate, I know most of you will suggest chicken, but I am extremely phobic of chicken and can't do that right now , so I thought Id list the proteins I have and get advice on which one you think would be easiest to digest, and a subtle way to add a tiney bit in

I have organic chicken broth(I'm ok with broth it's a separate thing with chicken itself)
Tvp
Frozen fully cooked steamed shrimp
Trader joes organic tuna packed in water
Pasturized egg whites
Almond butter
Safeway primotaglio oven roasted turkey (ingredients Turkey Breast Meat, Turkey Broth, Contains 2% or Less of Salt, Sodium Lactate, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate and Vegetable Oil.)

So what of these proteins would be a good first try for someone who has been forever with no protein
