I am just starting spatone and think I tolerate it ok. No I am not anaemic, but very low in iron. I think I don't eat that well to be honest, but that is mainly because I can't work out how to stabilise things and I go from one method to another. I am trying to stick with this one in the hope it works. I feel drained by the lack of help from Drs. I will see how I go, at least I understand that there are others that have problems with fats etc. so I feel better for that. Thank you so much for your patience.
