I am finding it hard to take it all in, but am following the basic diet and hoping that will help. I didn't have diarrhoea today, but still woke with lots of gas and needed to rush after hot drink. I am scared to put my faith in this as I feel so ill, the Dr says I have low ferritin and that won't help. I know there is discussion on here that IBS does not cause low iron, but I feel like I don't absorb things well. I think my hormones might be out too. I just feel in a mess. I did go to the Dr yesterday and she thinks my anxiety is making it worse. I suppose it is still too early after only a couple of days to judge, so I will stick with it longer... Sorry for the moaning post. I just get frustrated that Drs can do nothing, yet I feel ill, I guess everyone has been there. Thanks again Sarah Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
