Well - there is fiber in the veggies, arrowroot cookies and pretezels.

Did you check to see if the arrowroot cookies and/or pretzels contain high fructose corn syrup? For example Gerber arrowroot cookies contain high fructose corn syrup. It is well know that foods that contain high fructose corn syrup and other foods that contain more fructose than glucose such as apples, pears and agave syrup are problematic for individuals with IBS.
