Only solution I've found is to get drastic at those times, more fiber and possibly an herbal supplement, maybe even adding a little milk of magnesia. It seems like an overdose at the time, and if at home, relaxed and under normal circumstances it would throw me into a "D" state, but on the road it keeps me a regular gal.
