I eat rolled oats but if cooked in water it's so bland that I can barely force it down. So I usually overcinnamon it (cinnamon is IF too, though) and lately I like to cook it in rooibos vanilla tea (any fruit tea where you like the flavour works) instead of water to make it more tasty.

I'm not particularly sensitive to soya, so cooking it in soya milk is nice and works for me, but I only drink soya milk the months of the year I'm living in Britain. Rice milk tastes far too sweet for me and I don't like almond milk, but I think these two types might work too instead of water.

Fruit on top after cooking makes all the difference, I eat blueberries/raspberries with it when I can afford it - with SF supplement. Cantaloupe is another favourite. An orange is also nice. Basically any fruit makes it so much better, but then make sure it's an acceptable FODMAP fruit and that you use a SF supplement if needed.

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]
