While herbs and spices may be safe from a FODMAP perspective they can be problematic from an insoluble fiber perspective so exercise caution.

Red chillis have a small amount of fructans about 0.4 grams per 100 grams therefor 1 tsp which weighs about 3 grams. It would only contain 0.01 gram of fructans. This is a very small amount and well below the recommended limit per serving.
