I left him know and showed him your book which he just glanced at. I told him that I had good results as long as I followed your diet. We talked about Probiotics and I told him a lady that I exercised with had tried Digestive Advange had a complete turn around. I tried a few but stopped them before I could even see if they helped. He recommended Florastor 250 mg one time a day ( it is recommended twice a day). Has anyone tried it and Heather have you known anyone to take it??
