Blood Type?       11/29/11 05:34 PM Edit Reply Quote shelgirl Reged: 09/22/09 Posts: 205 Loc: Wisconsin Not sure if this has been discussed (couldn't find any posts) but any thoughts about the Blood Type Diet? I'm guessing it is rather controversial but, I did find some of the suggestions for my blood type fit me quite well...just wondering if there is any merit to trying this way of eating??? -------------------- IBS-D.
