Acid foods usually aren't IBS triggers although they can be a problem for individuals with GERD.

It is usually the seeds and skins of tomatoes that are the trigger. Commercial tomato sauces frequently contain the seeds and other ingredients that can be triggers.

I make a tomato sauce from pure tomato paste that doesn't give me any problem. You might try making a tomato sauce from pure tomato paste and see if it works for you.

Preleif contains calcium glycerophosphate which is a mineral supplement containing equal amounts of calcium and phosphorus. There aren't any third party trials to show the product is an effective antacid. It likely isn't any more effective than other OTC antacids that contain calcium carbonate such as Rolaids.
