durum wheat pasta? soluble or insoluble       10/16/11 12:07 PM Edit Reply Quote abby1978 Reged: 09/28/11 Posts: 3 Can you please tell me whether some pastas are insoluble? I don't know much about pasta but it still seems that everytime I eat it, I get diarrhoea the next day. I have just plain durum wheat semonlina pasta.
