oats soluble and insoluble?Wholegrain?       09/28/11 02:42 PM Edit Reply Quote abby1978 Reged: 09/28/11 Posts: 3 Hi, On the back of my quaker oats it says that they are wholegrain rolled oats. Does anyone know if that means that they are insoluble. Is it possible to buy "white" oats in the UK? Could someone let me know which brand of oats they eat. Thanks for your help.
